These instructions should be good for web-email on a Windows98, Windows 2000, or Windows XP machine.

The first item to accomplish here is to get the file onto your computer.

Open your email message as you normally would. You should be able to see a file attachment in the email - most likely located close to the subject line (although in some email programs the attachments are located below the body text). It may be different in your system - look around.

If you ever want to cancel your subscription, just give us a call (303-731-3334) or an e-mail and we will take care of it for you. There is no cancellation fee.

There are some helpful hints on using the database on the query page once you log in.

We have over 160 data fields for you to choose from. You can put these in any order you like and even rename the headers. Our data glossary can be found at www.FastPropertyData.com/ColumnAndDataFieldGlossary.pdf. If you want to change the data fields you receive, the easiest way is to fill out and fax us a copy of the order form (www.FastPropertyData.com/ForeclosureListOrderForm.pdf).

We allow you great flexibility with your foreclosure lists. While you can currently customize your account online when you sign up, we don't yet have an online venue for editing your account. So if you want to change, add, or remove something, give us a call or an e-mail and we will take care of it quickly for you. You can see a list of most of our customizable features at www.FastPropertyData.com/ForeclosureListService.htm.
