Foreclosure Lists
We provide fast,
accurate and comprehensive foreclosure lists e-mailed to you virtually immediately after the individual counties release it (see below for delivery schedule).
You receive the
latest NED's, as well as complete information about properties that
went to sale, corrected for errors and emailed to you each week as
an attachment.
Roughly
two-dozen columns are provided by the Public Trustee of each county and
we provide more than one hundred additional custom items from public
record and listing service searches. We also include mail
merge information so
that you can create letter salutations and custom envelopes.
Your data
is customized to fit your needs. You can
specify as little or as much data as you need for your foreclosure analysis.
We also include pre-merged address
labels, custom documents (postcards, letters or envelopes), or even full direct-mail service for powerful pressure-sealed letters so you
can spend time driving your business instead of fumbling around with
merging data or mailing each week.
We have three subscription levels.
Each is very powerful, with the Premium Subscription Level giving
additional and more frequent data, more features, and much more
flexibility.
