Our subscribers
have access to a comprehensive database of all Boulder-Denver Metro
foreclosure filings since 2003. Summit County
foreclosures start with 2006. Pueblo County
foreclosures start with 2007. And several records were filed
even before 2003. Through 2007, the database has more than
100,000 records!
Subscribers can
search the database on many popular fields, copy several full
records at a time in spreadsheet format, and view and print specific
property data. Click

The
database is accessed at www.QuickPropertyData.com.
After subscribing, it can take up to one business day
for database access to be established. You will receive an
e-mail with your login information and simple database
instructions.
We offer two
levels of database access--Standard and Enhanced. See the
differences below.
